Jennifer Mackenzie is a commercial photographer dedicated to providing clear and sharp professional images for use in marketing, advertising, and printing industries. She offers affordable digital capture with fast availability to the city’s of Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, and available to travel.

While attending the Langara College Professional Photo Imaging Program, Jennifer was immersed in the fundamentals of photography, lighting, and post processing – comfortable shooting with Canon, Nikon, Phase One Backs, Mamiya, and Hasselblad bodies. She creates commercial and editorial images that have been published locally and in magazines in Germany.

Jennifer works out of a cooperative studio, conveniently located near Main and Broadway in Vancouver. Depending on what the project requires photography can be done in the studio or professional lighting equipment can be transported on set.

Commercial photography utilizes a fully digital workflow with current and professional Canon equipment. Commercial services offered include: Food, beverage, lifestyle, product and catalog fashion.

Digital capture is by a professional grade full frame 21.1 megapixel digital sensor (50 megapixel digital capture available at an additional fee), the images can easily be viewed by the client during the shoot on a Macbook Pro tethered to the camera. Post processing takes place using Photoshop CS5, Adobe Bridge, and Lightroom 3. Clipping paths or alpha channels may be added upon request for use in various layouts such as catalogs.
